In order to become a member of the Parkinson's Disease Research consortium, you must sign and upload a membership agreement. Please use the following link to download the membership agreement. Once signed, please upload through this form and submit for review by the PDRx team. Please note that this consortium is for current PD researchers in career stages post-doctorate to established PI career. Students will not be considered for membership at this time.
If you are affiliated with an industry group, please email the PDRx email at [email protected], as we will be able to offer your company an entity agreement. If your company is already a member, please search the approved industry domains below to send yourself an email to provide you access to the platform (please note these domains are not in alphabetical order).
